Heritage Made delivers within South Africa using courier services. Where a product is already made and available, estimated delivery is generally 3 to 5 working days after payment has been confirmed and the order has been prepared for dispatch.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, order volume, or unforeseen delays. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product price unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery details, contact number and email address when placing an order. Heritage Made will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Natural variation in wood grain, colour, texture and finish will not be considered a defect.
